Weddings

*Rehearsal time is limited to 1 hour 1-2 days prior to wedding.

**Setup and Breakdown is given one hour before wedding and one hour after, any additional time needed will require overtime rate. 

***Active member is described as an individual who is active in the life of BCC, they have attended two or more services in the last 30 days, and they are not using the space for any non-profit, business, or entity programing or events. 

All business use regardless of membership status, unless non-profit status is confirmed, will be given "Other" category pricing

Funeral / Memorial Service 

Community Center Fees

*Active member is described as an individual who is active in the life of BCC.  They have attended two or more services in the last 30 days, and they are not using the space for any non-profit, business, or entity programing or events. 

All business use regardless of membership status, unless non-profit status is confirmed, will be given "Other" category pricing

**ALL events taking place after normal church operating hours require dedicated staff.

***Kitchen use and/or use by licensed caterer require certificate of liability insurance.

****Alcohol is limited to a single champagne toast of no more than 4oz unless permission granted otherwise.

Community Center Non Profit Use Fees

*Active member is described as an individual who is active in the life of BCC.  They have attended two or more services in the last 30 days, and they are not using the space for any non-profit, business, or entity programing or events.  They must also be listed as active per church records.

All business use regardless of membership status, unless non-profit status is confirmed, will be given "Other" category pricing.
